We are a women’s gym for all ages and fitness levels, and a social enterprise that supports CCS’s Cranbrook Women’s Resource Centre.

Yoga mats and blocks, resistance bands, balls, hula hoop. Soft mats between each machine are for gentle movements or calisthenics between resistance intervals.

Hydraulic-resistance machines in a 30-minute circuit match your body’s effort with the appropriate weight. No manual  adjusting of weights makes your first workout easy – and we’re here to help if you have questions.

Our stretch circuit for post-workout is ideal for increasing mobility with something to hold onto. Our cardio machines include an elliptical, treadmill and rower for an indoor workout that’s easy on your joints and suitable for all kinds of bad weather days.

Thanks to a grant from Community Foundation of the Kootenay Rockies, we are able to offer sliding scale memberships through the Cranbrook Women’s Resource Centre. Contact the WRC to apply.

Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Closed all statutory holidays and holiday weekends.
