Nancy has 30 years experience in the social services sector, including more than 10 years as a senior leader. Her leadership style is visionary, collaborative and caring. She believes in her team members’ innate desires to make a difference in the communities they serve, and that is the inspiration that keeps her coaching leaders and equipping her team. Nancy values belonging, respect, recognition, and empowerment. She is a mother of four and grandmother to three and enjoys reading, crafting, baking and learning. Nancy has previously worked in many of the positions in the CCS portfolio. Nancy received her Bachelor of Social Work in 1997 and her Social work Masters in 2018.
