what is “lay counselling?”
Lay counselling benefits those who need a listening ear and emotional support or guidance toward other resources. Our staff are trained to be a comfort to those facing particular circumstances. Lay counselling does not replace a clinician or doctor.
If you or someone you know has thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please call or text 9-8-8 anywhere in Canada.
