Homeless Outreach and Prevention

Support and resources for those facing housing insecurity in Cranbrook.

We serve people of all ages in Cranbrook who are facing homelessness, are at-risk of homelessness or are in unstable housing situations (i.e. couch-surfing).

Reasons people may become homeless or be at-risk of becoming homeless:
    • Personal or family crisis
    • Leaving abusive relationships
    • Being a youth in unsafe conditions
    • Loss of income
    • Increasing housing costs
    • Lack of housing availability
    • Major life change
    • Leaving the health or corrections systems
    What We Do

    • Be a person’s source of income
