A network of community members and organizations alike striving for a food-secure future
We are a group of local organizations, non-profits, and individuals with a keen interest in improving local food security via a multitude of methods. We focus on as many food-related opportunities as we are able — community gardens, school food programs, recovering food, and supporting local farmers, just to name a few. We began meeting in 2021 thanks to the generous support of the United Way BC Regional Food Hub program and our boots have been on the ground making connections and sourcing food opportunities ever since!
Community Connections Society of Southeast BC provides non-profit adminstration support to the Kimberley Cranbrook Food Network.
