Community Well-being
A supportive space for Outreach & Frontline Workers – Together, we’ll create space to regulate, reflect, and connect with others who understand the weight of this work.
This session begins with 15 minutes of movement, breath, and grounding, followed by a facilitated group session with a virtual clinical counsellor.
Frontline work isn’t only in uniform – it includes peer outreach, library staff, service providers, community workers, and anyone who works with those impacted by the toxic drug crisis.
