Step Beyond Shelter
Year-round shelter in Cranbrook for those facing homelessness
The permanent location of this 40-bed shelter is expected to open in early 2025. Temporary shelter is available at the Motel 1417 (formerly the Travelodge).
The new shelter will be located at 209 16th Ave N (in the CCS hub and Homeless Outreach and Prevention). Renovations are transitioning the other half of the hub building from a former fitness centre into a 40-bed shelter.
